Been there, done that. Actually, I just got a case of it again when I
had my tires rotated.

What has solved it for me in the past was rebalancing the tires. Even
though mine were rotated and rebalanced Saturday, they have to redo it
because it started casuing the 50-60mph shakes for me again.

The best results I've had have been for them to do the balancing with
the wheels on the car. This took care of it twice before.
