Yes - almost all stickers are available.

Regarding a "Roundel" - there are some in a "sticker" format for the
wheel covers (wheel covers for steel wheels).

There is one that I know of - it is listed as a "plaque" - 70mm in
diameter. It has been used since the early 1980's, and is still used on
the E39 steel wheel covers
