RE: hydraulic bushings

I remember reading that these bushings have small oil - filled chambers
within the rubber to dampen specific  vibrations / frequencies, hence
the term hydraulic.

ps: How i got into BMW:  My first BMW ride was in a 91 M5, I was 20 and
working for a detail shop. The sales manager (at local bmw dealer)
tossed me the keys and said to try it out. What a thrill.
