<E30 M3> Fluid and Plug Gap Specs

Hi All, just bought a 1990 M3 and am completely lacking any useful technical
info for this machine!

1)  What is the spark plug gap?
2)  What is the expected engine oil capacity?  (seen 4.3 qts somewhere?)
3)  What is the trans capacity (Redline MTL in wait!)
4)  What is the diff capacity (also ready for Redline)

Anyone ever had to replace the temp sensor screwed into the thermostat?  Seems
to be a 3-wire perma-plug sorta thing (mine has wiring disconnected from plug
and is not the stak-on terminal connector I am used to seeing on previous
BMW's)
