     For those that may have a full switch console because of factory 
     options...  Don't forget the same knockout to the left of the 
     dashlight dimmer control.  If there's no room for your opener right at 
     that location.  Wrap a piece of bubble wrap around it and tiewrap it 
     off under the dash.  Some users may notice diminished opener range 
     because the opener is blocked behind more metal with all of these 
     solutions as opposed to the normal windshield view.
