<tires> uneven sidewall...

	Thanks for those who replied concerning my battery question.. I
went with a Exide Nascar 950 battery which fit fine.. but a bit bigger
than the stock battery.. (I couldn't fit in the battery clamp.. so I stuck
some sponges in the back to keep it from moving too much..)
	Anyhow.. I have a new question to ask digestors.. while I was
driving the car today.. my friend who was following me noticed that the
rear wheels were wobbling a bit.. after close examination.. I find the
sidewalls to be uneven.. there are several "air pocket" looking things on
the sidewall...  the tires are P7000 SuperSport 215/45/17.. the other
side seems to be fine.. but that side seems to have the uneveness.. does
anyone know why?  does that affect the tires performance at all?  I
wouldn't want the tire to blow on me or anything.. is that a manufacture's
defects?  Someone please let me know.. thanks..
