updating digest address in Roundel

C'est moi.
I will update the Digest Address in the Roundel since I do the internet column
there, it will also be in my column. Just so no one gets on their soapbox, the
next Roundel that this can be in is November 1998. The deadline for that issue
is Sept 10, 1998. That's the way it is.  Since the Digest move was announced
in July 1997, I thought it best to publicize the move after it was made. And,
I will be kinder to the Digest in my next review of it than I have been in the
past since the flame/content/spam ratio is certainly better than it was.
