They are a local dealership here in Atlanta. While I have not yet
dealt with them by mail, I have dealt with them in person for service,
parts, and a used BMW purchase. They are okay -- nothing exceptionally
good or bad to report about them.
They have a web page at http://www.atlantabmw.com, but with no
specifics on parts ordering. I have sent requests to their parts
department e-mail address and never received an answer. If I remember
correctly, retail on the Alpine changer is about $700, so that would
make the price they quoted you 20% off retail.
You may want to check out Circle BMW. They have a good web site for
parts info plus they DO respond to e-mail parts questions, usually
within one business day. The prices they quoted me were 30% off
retail. E-mail them at circlebmw@domain.elided. Haven't purchased from
them yet, but I'm about to try them for a medium sized order.
