<FS> 5" Hella Low Beams w/ city lights

These take H3 bulbs (same bulb as fog lights).  They are low beam
re-lampable units, with city lights (an extra low wattage bulb 
in the reflector that is used as a parking light in Europe -- kinda cool 
looking dim glow).
