Yo Mark, for the non-vanos motor, its:
240 degrees, 9.7 mm lift for the intake cam
240 degrees, 9.0 mm lift for the exhaust cam
The two cams are swappable. You can put the intake cam
on the exhaust side, and you'll have the equivalent of
an S50US exhaust cam, which is also 240/9.7 but you'll
haf'ta source an intake cam from someplace.
Dunno about 3 and 4
