E30 questions

I guess I asked too many questions last time, so I will now go with one
at a time.  Where can I purchase a new rubber shifter block?  I read in
the archives that it (or the lack of it) was the main culprit in a
sloppy shifter.  Please respond off list if need be.  Thanks.
