Fix for E30 wipers

Thanks for all who replyed!
In the end, it was the actual motor that was the problem. It would still
run, but all the gearing inside had lost its teeth. I think the reason
for that was that the grease inside had dried up and become crusty.
oh well, i now have a reco motor in there, 6 months warranty for $120
(aus) I was offered $85 to fit it but i did it myself in and hour.easy.
