		Well now.....Shiny new wheels that look expensive are
one of the most
		difficult UUC upgrades of all....but it can be done.
This takes nerves of
		steel and a stealthy hand with the Quicken on the Home
'Puter, as a set of
		Fikses puts a big dent on the ole cash management
account.

		Heretowith and theretobore are some ways to pull this
off:

Couldn't you just do what Mike Wendell did with his wheels and paint
them orange?  Then they won't look so shiny and new, right?
