Spiralmax?????

I recently read about a contraption called the Spiralmax. It is a fixed part
aluminum piece that you place inside the intake to create a vortex in the
intake air causing a more efficient burn which translates into more
horsepower and better gas mileage. Has anyone had any experience with this
modification? What were the results???
