administrivia: moving the list

it's in progress; it's going as well as can be expected, given that some
3900+ addresses have to dealt with.

while i didn't really want to require confirmation to keep people on the
list, the volume of bad addresses i'm seeing (in the form of bounced
confirmation requests) strongly suggests that i made the right decision. it
will be several days before things settle down and the list subscriber
count is back up over 3000. at this moment, 2 hours and 45 minutes since i
launched the process, there are 256 members subscribed on the new server.
