<e30> clutch job

I need to replace the clutch on my 89 325i.  The Sachs kit says I need a
high temperature grease to lubricate the shaft and throw out sleeve.  The
grease did not come with the kit.  Is normal grease high temp?  Where can I
buy the proper grease?
