Thanks for the data on unused oil.  I'm not familiar with the terms TBN and 
TAN, and couldn't find them in Mobil's data.
 
 > vis. @ 100 deg. C. cST 18.38 (50 wt. from 16.3 to 21.89)
 > TBN 10.9
 > TAN 2.24

 > At 4000-4500 miles oil usually shows viscosity of about 17.00, TBN
