Well, I pulled out the SI board for a simple battery replacement and I find
that a previous owner broke off all the LED's. Now I am in the market for a
working board. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to get one while not
having to pay the $160 dealer price?

If the board is still in good shape, have you thought about just
replacing the LEDs? They are very cheap (a few cents each) at any
neighborhood electronic parts store (even Radio Shack has them).
You can get them in red, green and yellow to replace the
originals. The only thing "tricky" is that the LED has a positive
and a negative lead and cannot be put in backwards like a light
bulb. If the leads from the original LEDs are still soldiered
into the board, take a careful look at them. One of the leads is
usually wider than the other. Just put the new LEDs in the same
way as the old and you're all set.
