<E36> M3 - Moving to Texas

Unfortunately, the time has come for me to leave the Bay Area and move
to Texas (a company transfer). It's a little too far to drive so I need
recommendations of how to transport my beautiful M3 (and a Mercedes 400E
as well). If anyone has experience with a car carrier company, I would
appreciate a reference.

Also, is there any way to activate a 'valet' feature to discourage any
severe use of my baby while she's out of sight.
