want E36 to be quicker

I have a 94 4-door 325i sport.
Currently, I have:
Dinan Chip
Large K&N
Soon, I will lower it

Is a used M3 exhaust enough, or do I need a freer flowing Muffler?
Would an enlarged TBody aid a bit, Who does the best?
With a new TBody, do I increase fuel flow (how)
Any comments are appreciated.
