<E34> Rough Idling

Lately my E34 520i idling has been pretty rough and ocasionally idling 
drops below 300 rpm in which case causes the engine to stall. With the 
car at a standstill, movement of the power steering also causes the 
idling to drop and ocasionally stall the car.

Anyone has any ideas whats causing this?
I've checked the idling control valve, air flow meter, CO levels but 
still the idling is rough.
