I think I know how you feel.  (Ref our past thread on dealer service.)  
Sometimes I wonder if I'm a total oddball when I expect repairs to be done 
correctly the first time, 'cause I don't understand how that dealership could 
stay in business if most of its customers had opinions similar to mine.
