<E30> Dash Lights, etc.

I have an '88 E30 325iS and several interior lights are not working:
  - tach (e.g. speedo works though)
  - gear selector (automatic)
  - right window controls (left works)
  - a few buttons (defrost, ac, etc.)

I just purchased this car and I thought one fuse covered the above and
various other lights, so its not the fuse (right?).  How hard is it to
reach these bulbs for replacement.  TIA.
