lights in window switches

I have seen the emails from people installing model train lights in the
switches.  My rocker style window lift switches in the rear have quit
working and I was wondering if there was a circuit that controls both lights
(ie rear seat left and right doors)  The switches work fine.  How do you
remove the switches to get at the light bulbs??
