green flag day-more track time?

dear chuck.

I have b een out of commisssion for a while, due to shoulder 
surgeroy.  i am not even trying to correct typos, becuase tylping 
with one hand typ  tied to my side is hard enough.

i am always, lke you, okki  looking for more track days.  i am signed 
ulp for laguna on november 2 3, and sears for nov 16 17, an d  won't 
be wll well till then.  in the  future i will be again looking for 
more days.  what is this "green flag days"?  I would like to know 
more.
