Not that I want to perpetuate this off topic thread, but this "all cops
are bad" routine is somewhat disturbing. 

I know all lawyers are greedy.  I guess I got a good one.  All doctors are
rich.  But what about the ones doing month long volunteer stints in India
performing eye operations on blind people.

Wrong answer folks.  There are good ones and bad ones in every profession.

I drive a lowered black 6er in the DC area.  Got pulled over the other
day for the first time in 8 years.  Wasn't in the bimmer though, in the 82
Ford van kid hauler. That wicked cop told me I had a brake light out and I
should look at it when I had a chance (then that wicked cop told me to
have a nice day).  Guess I'm just another unlucky victim.  Jim
