<Tickets> Handicapped.

Speaking of tickets, I was moving into my apartment and backed into a
handicapped stall as there were two and both were empty, so if the one
filled up I would have moved my car right away, as I jsut had to move a
few HEAVY things.

I am now in the hole 275 clams.  Does anyone know the best way of
gettingout of this?  I think that I will just approcah the judge and tell
him the truth and hope for some kind of reduction.

Any other ideas would greatly be appreciated.
