A 2002 would be a great little car to have - *but* up here in the
north east of NA, you either buy a cheap 2002 that is rusted to pieces
or buy an expensive $5000+++ 2002 that you wouldn't want to subject to
our nasty winters.
A 320i can be found cheap, not too rusty, and is fun fun fun. For a
couple of thousand you should be able to find a fairly clean reliable
320i. Go for an '80 - '83. Simple reliable fuel injection, decent
sized trunk, a free revving engine.. what more could you want ?
