re: <E36> headlight covers

Hoping to stay quiet on what seems to have replaced
the zymol/bonami/slick50 threads, i can no longer
stand it. All you folks who are shrinking at replacing
their pitted plastic E36 headlight covers only to have
them pitted again in 1-2 yrs becuz of local or seasonal
conditions, there is a simple solution: buy some 20 or
40 mil urethane film that has an adhesive backing. Griot's
Garage sells the stuff for both fog lights and headlights;
they're between $17-25 for a sheet large enough for both
headlite covers.
