CD Player for 328is

I'm new to this group and just recently purchased a 328is w/HK sound. I
stayed away from the dealer CD player because of the price. Is there an
aftermarket CD-changer compatible with the HK sound system? Is there
anything I should look out for? Will I still be able to use the
installed pre-wiring? Is there a specific way to cut through the fabric
in the trunk without damaging anything? Any hints or advice are welcome.
