E34 Microfilter change

Although there have been threads in the past about changing the microfilter,
I still need additional help.      Specific questions include:

1) How is the glove box removed?   I noticed some hanging straps, but I'm
not sure how to disconnect them.

2) What is a T15 screwdriver?     

Any experiences and guidance on how to replace the microfilter on an E34
would be greatly appreciated.
