Central Locking E28

To All,
	The central locking ability of the trunk lock seems to have died on my
car.  The trunk can no longer lock or unlock the other doors.  The trunk can be
locked or unlocked from the front doors.  Is there any info on troubleshooting
this problem?  The electrical diagram is not much help, a transistor symbol in
the central locking computer and an arcane solenoid diagram are not much help.
All help very much appreciated.
