95 318ti suspension questions

I am thinking about upgrading my 95 318ti active to either:

1)Dinan Stage 1 with Bilsteins (package)
2)Racing Dynamics w/bilsteins (package)
3)H&R springs with Bilstein Sports

The RD are the most expensive, while the H&R/Bilstein combo is the
cheapest.  Anyone do any of these mods?

Also if i install it myself, when you lower a car, do you need to re-align
the car's alignment?
