>Mine was. Yours should be to. The wires for the fog lights are clipped to the radiator support above the headlights on both sides (look for white  2 pin connectors). The wires that are connected to the switch should be near the knockout (same 2 pin connector). I ordered my kit through Bavarian Autosports for $170 which included the fog light brackets and lights,  switch, and relay. I installed them in less than 1 hour.
