<e30> e head modifications

What's the best way to drill out the oil journals when adapting the i cam 
to the e head? Can it be done with careful measuring or does it have to 
be put on a bridgeport? Is the hole straight down or is there an angle to 
drill at?

Alternatively, does anybody have Pete McHenry's phone number for his 
place in Michigan?
