E30 M3 Sparc Plugs

Hi there,

Well it is time to replace the old spark plugs.  Since I am
doing more and more track events, I was wondering what a
good plug is.  I tend to change the plugs yearly so, longevity
it not a huge concern.  I am more concerned with increased
power and quality.  Any suggestions?
