Best way to keep track notes?

I am still feeling the high from going to the Windy City Drivers School at
Gingerman Raceway this past weekend.  Great school (Thanks, Windy City CCA,
and Dick F.) and great track!!!  I am now trying to organize my notes on the
track and car setup hence the question:

Q.  Was hoping someone could suggest a format for organizing/writing track
notes, car setup, etc.? 

I want to do this right to minimize learning curve at next year's Gingerman
School.
