<E30> wanted

I am looking to buy a car that fits the following description:

E30 325is: 5speed, excelent mechanicals, reliable. Cosmetic condition is not
crucial but no wrecks or rust. Performance parts and modifications welcome.
The car will be used as an everyday driver and a track car. I will also
consider interesting 323i or 318is and reasonably priced M3. Where is that
Ultimate E30?
