<Misc> stockpiling R-12

Now that you have to be certified to buy R-12, I was thinking of
buying a 20 or 30 pound can. Then, when/if my '90 325iC (E-30)
needs a recharge and the shop wants $100 a pound (ya never know),
I can supply my own R-12.

But, will the shop us my supply? Will the containers work with
the equipment most shops use? I'd hate to spend $300 + on this
only to find out no shop will use it.

           Thanks!
              Larry.
