E34 Service Questions

I have a few questions that I hope some of you can answer.

1.) At what intervals should engine oil/oil filter be replaced?
2.) At what interval should gearbox oil be checke/replaced?
3.) At what interval should cooling fluid be check/replaced?
4.) At what interval should spark plugs be replaced?

A few facts about my car.=20
'92 BMW 525i Shadowline.
100000 km.
It will (as all my other previous cars) be using Mobil 1 motor oil. Is
this oil any better/worse that the Castrol GTX3(?) currently being used.

It will be using Bosch spark plugs. What are the BMW originals?
