stale links

in transitioning to the new environment, i've noticed a lot of stale links;
some mine and some on other people's web pages.

any web page links to the following sites are stale:

http://www.balltown.cma.com/...
http://www.emi.com/~rwelty/...

the proper locations for things people may have linked to are now:

http://www.wizvax.net/rwelty/tracks/
http://www.wizvax.net/rwelty/scca/

and of course, the new bmw-digest home page will be at

http://www.wizvax.net/rwelty/bmw/
