I agree with you totally on this aspect. The majority of the people on   
the digest are very helpful and have a lot of knowledge. But there are a   
few who just read this digest to be able to vent out (by flaming) their   
fustrations.

I learnt this when I had posted a note regarding my M30 passenger side   
water leakage. It was my fault for not having checked the FAQS thoroughly   
and hence I guess according to one digester, I deserved to be flamed.

But what amazed me was the number of people who emailed me personally and   
apologized for one persons misgivings. I figured that this person would   
much rather be arguing on the forum about fake rolexes than discuss some   
sensible topic, hence I decide not to dignify his email with a response.
   

I am thankful to all, who try to keep this forum a civilized place and to   
Mr Rick Kjeldsen (who is the one who has explained the problem in the   
FAQ).
