i asked rodd about this as well and was quoted $105. a quick call to
bimmer parts co (800 274-2466) and i got it for $85! so, i'm not so
sure he was doing us any favors. thanks to ephraim fithian
(fithian@domain.elided) for the pointer to BPC.
