530i Water Pump/Head Gasket

     While replacing the water pump in my 77 530i, I broke one ofthe screw 
     that holds the pump in the block.  Do anybody know how to possibly get 
     the screw out or will the remaining 5 screw do the job.  Also the same 
     car has blown head gasket; how easy it is to replace?  the oil is 
     leaking onto the exhaust pipe and it smells awful.
