Help me on a special BMW

Hello,
I've seen a picture in the 1967 winter issue of the BMW-Glas journal 
which caught my eye. I've scanned it and sent it to the 
alt.binaries.pictures.vehicles group so you can see it there (bmwspec.jpg)
A small description about the car:
"We met with this car in Yugoslavia, and this car is from Prague.
Coachbuilders and other fans developed this small car on the base of BMW 327.
Engine: 80 PS etc."
The letter was sent by Prohl brothers.
If anybody knows more about this car please let me know.
