BMW rims for '88 635CSi

I currently have the standard 390mm wheels for my 6er.  I've been looking 
for an elegant and inexpensive solution to upgrade the tire size for the 
car and here are the two options I'm considering:
	(1) E28 M5 wheels: 7.5x16" with 225/50/16 tires
	(2) M6 wheels: with 240/45/415 tires

I've seen an advert in Roundel for a set of Euro M6 wheels with 
240/55/415 tires.  My question is would these wheels fit on my 635 
without any modifications?  I am particularly concerned about the offset 
and the bolt diameters on these wheels.  Any information would be greatly 
appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
