     I've replaced about three lugs two on a 911 and another on a Toyota 
     truck.  If the hub or drum (depending whether you have disc or drum) 
     can come off take it off and pound the lug though from the side the 
     wheel bolts on.  I would place the drum on a block of wood with a hole 
     drilled for the lug slide out through.  Place the new lug in from the 
     back side and use the lug nut and a stack of washers to press the lug 
     back in.  Really easy to do, never took more than a hour.
