It's good practice but certainly not essential. The pads I get
(Ferodo's) come with two caliper bolts - one per side - so I
generally replace one each time I do my pads, but even that is more
than absolutly neccessary, I'll bet. One thing, be sure to Loctite
them when you put them back in. The factory bolts come with some
Loctite-like stuff on them.
