E30 M3 Wipers / M3 Performance chips

I finally got around to changing my wiper blades.  I went out to buy a
pair of 20 inch Anco wiper blades.  I did my driver side wiper blade with
no problems.  I then went to the passenger side to finish up.
Upon taking off the passenger side wiper, I noticed it was smaller than
the driver side and that this wiper blade is not centered like regular
wiper blades.  My question (to other E30 M3 owners), did you replace
the passenger side wiper with a 20 inch wiper? I can't because my phone
antenna is attach to the front windshield and the new 20 inch wiper on
the passenger side will collide with my antenna.  How big is the BMW
passenger side wiper? What kind/size wiper blades did you guys use on the
passenger side.  I'm thinking about just removing the rubber part and buying
a refill or getting a real small wiper (of course this one won't be off
centered like the bmw one).

Has anyone noticed that the wind deflector is only present on the driver
side wiper.  Why? 

I'm keeping the old BMW wipers - I'm going to buy refills since the
wipers probably cost an arm and leg from BMW.  When the Anco goes, I'll
put the BMW wipers back on with the new refills.

Ps  There was a test showing the Authority performance chip is better than
    Dinan in terms of performance increase.  Anyone know 1st hand if this
    is still true today (the test was done in 89 or 90 - wonder if this is
    still true since Authority and Dinan must have revised the chips since
    them.
