It depends what year your 7er is. Key difference is if yours Motronic or not. Early 733s were non-motronic, but all (US) 533s were Motronic. Hardly anything that breaks is the same, ie all fuel injection, ignition, most plumbing, etc will be different. My semi-educated guess is that if you have a motronic version it will be 95% similar.
